Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be here sharing my journey. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university, get a job, get married, buy a house and have kids. I believed that this was the epitome of success however, life has other plans to show me the meaning of success. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated being in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did make me feel happy. I thought I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. When I began to navigate my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was meant to work as an instructor. I enjoyed exercise, I loved being around people and I loved helping others. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth in the year 2021. As an Asian female working in the field, we are among the many of us. It is my goal to become a catalyst within the business to offer quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life - my mom's death. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is now resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to start her new journey. I had my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. When I reach the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, instead of merely living just like I did before. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories as well as my words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieving anything you want to. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the greatest asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
